Stress Management Coach
I've earned my Stress Management Certification from the Spencer Institute. The Spencer Institute is accredited by The Certification and Accreditation Board of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). The AADP and its Accreditation Board was established in 1990, with their national and international membership body of over 26,000 being made up of MDs, NDs, DCs, OMDs, PhDs, Health Coaches and other drugless practitioners.
It seems now - perhaps more than ever - that stress has impacted so many people in all walks of life. From the stay-at-home parent, to the nine-to-fiver, on up to leaders and CEOs, stress...and its management...has become integral in living a happier and healthier life.
Why has stress become such a focus? Consider these reasons**:
* 54% of Americans are concerned about the level of stress in their everyday lives.
* 62% of Americans say work has a significant impact on stress levels.
* 73% of Americans name money as the number one factor that effects their stress level.
* Stress contributes to heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, and other illnesses in many individuals.
* Stress also contributes to the development of alcoholism, obesity, suicide, drug addiction, cigarette addiction, and other harmful behaviors.

How I can help
I assist by conducting group training, and work in a one-on-one capacity with employees and leaders. I learn about them, ask questions, and gain an overall understanding about the underlying cause(s) of their stress. I then formulate a plan of action to assist them in lessening or eliminating stress factors that are causing difficulties with their work and job performance.
I'd welcome the opportunity to tell you more about how I can assist your employees in becoming the best version of themselves. Please Contact me to learn more.
